About
I'm Virginia, the heart behind The Cozy Back Office - a virtual support space built on the belief that running a business shouldn't feel like an uphill battle. I started my journey as an assistant through a larger platform. where I gained hands-on experience helping a variety of clients. While the work itself was incredibly rewarding, I quickly realized something was missing; connection, flexibility, and truly personalized support.
So I decided to create something different. Something more human. Something cozy. Something that understands life isn't always copy/paste and we can thrive under a little bit of chaos.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all support. Every person and every business is different; the way you're supported should reflect that.
Whether it's managing your inbox, keeping your calendar on track, or helping behind the scenes with day-to-day operations, my goal is simple: to make your life easier.
Think of me as your steady cup of coffee - reliable, calming, and always there when you need a pick-me-up.
I love coffee - you might get tired of how many times you see me with a cup in hand during meetings.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with a camera in hand, editing photos, or unwinding with a good game or stream. I love creativity, connection, and finding little moments of calm in the middle of busy days. I have 3 beautiful children, all under the age of 5, and a husband that I adore more than anything. If you need an assistant that can drop everything and reply to you immediately that's probably not me -
and that's okay.
